Welcome to Llanharan Community Council. We serve the communities of Llanharan, Brynna, Brynnau Gwynion, Bryncae, Llanilid and Ynysmaerdy. The Community Council was formed in 1974 under the Local Government Act 1972 as the successor to the former Parish Councils.

Llanharan Community Council serves the communities of Bryncae,Brynna,Llanharan,Llanilid &Ynysmaerdy
The order slips are going out soon for the 2025 Llanharan Community Council's over 60's Christmas Lunches. Look out for them in local shops or call into the Council offices on 2A Chapel Road. (or email Clerk@Llanharan-cc.gov.wales)
This is a free event open to residents of the Llanharan Community Council area only. (including Llanharan, Brynna, Bryncae, Ynysmaerdy and Llanilid).
Slips must be returned FULLY completed by Friday 5th December 2025, tickets will be issued.
Note: Partially completed slips or those received after the deadline will not be accepted.
