Welcome to Llanharan Community Council. We serve the communities of Llanharan, Brynna, Brynnau Gwynion, Bryncae, Llanilid and Ynysmaerdy. The Community Council was formed in 1974 under the Local Government Act 1972 as the successor to the former Parish Councils.

Llanharan Community Council has issued a call for tender submission to refurbish its showerblock located at Llanharan Welfare Hall and fields. Working in partnership with LRGT to refurbish the bloc and make accessibility improvements.
Interested parties are invited to express interest, view supporting documents (including a specification) and submit a tender by the deadline of 20th April 2026 via the Sell2Wales procurement website.
